Welcome to Beau’s!

We are Amber and Joseph, the makers and minds behinds Beau’s ice creams. 

Our journey into the world of professional ice cream making started at the Carpigiani Gelato University in Italy where we undertook a bespoke vegan gelato course under the tutelage of food technologist Gianpaolo Valli. 

All of our flavours are dairy-free, outrageously creamy and made with minimal ingredients.

Integrity

Every ice cream contains air, which affects the smoothness, consistency and taste of the product. The less air in an ice cream, the tastier it’ll be – and we’re all for that.

Quality

Each base is made from no more than seven ingredients: water, cashews, unrefined cane sugar and salt.

vegan & Free From

Every single one of our gelato flavours are vegan. The only EU-recognised allergen we use in our recipes is nuts.

Since our very first scoop, environment and sustainability has been at the core of our mission.

Treading lightly on the Earth is important to all of us at Beau’s – that’s why all our packaging is compostable and/or recyclable.
